I am a self-admitted wildlife addict. In my addiction, I also admit, that I have a favorite subject... the Flying Football (aka Horned Puffin). I could spend all day-everyday watching their behaviors and just enjoying their adorableness. Not to mention that they are an INCREDIBLY challenging subject- between zipping around in flight or hiding in caves/crevices to roost. This little guy was kind enough to do some test flaps for the camera before heading out to sea to catch lunch.
